Once you rent a number, it stays active for several minutes, plenty of time for the vast majority of verification codes to come through. Most arrive within seconds. If you're mid-signup on the app you're verifying, you don't need to rush, just don't leave it sitting for too long before checking back.
Some apps send a follow-up code after the first one — a second verification step, or a "resend" if something didn't go through on their end. When that happens, just hit Refresh on your rental. We'll check for anything new, and if a second code has come in, it'll show up right there, same as the first.
It happens occasionally — a number just doesn't get through. If nothing arrives, you can cancel the rental and get a full refund automatically. You're never charged for a number that didn't actually work for you.
Absolutely. You can retry the exact same service with a new number, or switch to something else entirely. Either way, it's a clean, fresh rental — no leftover history from the one before it.
Yes — you can have up to 6 numbers active at once. Useful if you're testing several services or verification flows and don't want to wait for one to finish before starting the next.
Numbers are pulled from our large shared pool that gets reused across many users. Occasionally, a number may have already been used to register on a service before it reaches you. It's rare, but it happens because of how our shared number system works.
Every refund request is reviewed to check if it's eligible. See our refund policy for eligibility details. You may contact us directly to have your refund request reviewed.
